Clique User Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between users ("User" or "You") who will use our services through The Clique mobile application ("Application") and The Clique ("Company" or "We").


Acceptance and Consent By using the App, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement. The Agreement governs all relations relating to the User's use of the App.


Services The Application provides the User with personal style consulting and advertising services. These services may include features such as user profile creation, style recommendations, product recommendations and shopping convenience. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or uninterrupted availability of the services offered through the App.


Privacy and Data Security The User's privacy and the security of his/her personal data are important. The Company undertakes to keep the User's personal data confidential and to take appropriate security measures. The use and processing of personal data is determined by the Company's privacy policy.


User Responsibility The User agrees to use the Application only for lawful purposes. The User undertakes to comply with all local laws, rules and regulations when using the App. Furthermore, he/she shall only use the authorizations granted to him/her for his/her access and use of the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights All content (logos, brands, texts, graphics, etc.) contained in the Application is the property of the Company and is subject to international intellectual property rights. The User agrees not to copy, modify or distribute these contents without the permission of the Company.


Limitations of Liability The Company cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may arise as a result of the use of the Application. The User uses the Application at his/her own risk and agrees not to make any claim for compensation against the Company.


Termination of the Agreement This agreement may be terminated by the User or the Company at any time. This agreement terminates when the User stops using the Application or when the Company suspends access to a particular User. Termination does not affect the rights and obligations between the parties.


Modifications The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at any time. Changes are notified through the Application, and the User's continued use of it constitutes acceptance of the changes. The User must regularly check for changes to the agreement and follow updates.


Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes between the parties.

General Provisions This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. Where any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
