Refund & Return Policy

At The Clique, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@theclique.shop as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that during high volume periods, emails may be reviewed with a delay, so cancellations are only guaranteed if the order has not been dispatched.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged or show any signs of use.

  • A return request must be initiated via your account at https://theclique.shop/account.

Free Returns
All return shipments initiated through your account panel are free of charge. We cover return shipping costs for all domestic orders when you follow the proper return procedure.

Return Notification
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit card payments typically reflect in 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

  • For installment payments, refunds will be processed in accordance with your bank’s installment return procedures.
