Delivery & Shipping Information

At The Clique, we are committed to delivering a secure and satisfying online shopping experience. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders — with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Method and Timeframe
Orders are shipped free of charge via PTT, Yurtiçi, Aras, or TNT to the delivery address you provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Legal Delivery Regulations
In accordance with Turkish legislation, delivery providers are required to collect and securely store the following information for at least 2 years:

  • Full name

  • Turkish ID number (or passport number/valid government-issued ID for international customers)

This data is kept confidential and will only be shared with authorized authorities if required by law. If the recipient refuses to provide identification, the delivery will be canceled and returned to the sender.

Free Return Shipping
You may return your order within 30 days from the invoice date. Returns must be submitted through your My Account > Returns page. We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns. Please note: returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
